Our strong Antioxidant range includes 1010, 330, 3114, 168, 1076, 626, 1135, B215, B225, B561, 2,4-DTBP, and 2,6-DTBP. Please go through the following for a glance of our products industry application.

Antioxidant 1010---Applied in polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and olefin copolymer such as ethylene, vinylacetate copolymers. Also recommended in other polymers such as polyacetals, polyamides and polyurethanes, polyesters, PVC, styrene homo- and copolymers, ABS, elastomers such as butyl rubber, SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as other synthetic rubber, adhesives, natual and synthetic tackifier resins, and other organic substrates.
Remark: The amount to be used may be 0.1%-0.3%.

Antioxidant 330---A kind of high-effective phenolic antioxidant, phenols process and long-lasting principal antioxidant, which finds many applications in polymers, synthetic fibre, elastomer, adhesives, wax, oil and grease products, whose thermal-oxidative degradation can thus be effectively prevented. Also applicable to PE, PP, PB, PIPE, Molding products. Wire & Cable, and dielectric film. Applicable to engineering plastics like linear polyester, PA, PS and styrene copolymer. Sometimes it is used for PVC, PU, Elastomer, adhesives and other organics.
Remark: For polyolefin, the recommended dosage of 330 is between 0.05%-0.3%, which depends on the properties and process conditions of polymer, and the requirement for long-lasting thermal stability. The optimal concentration is according to the application demand.
The concentration of 330 in hot melt adhesive is 0.2%-1.0%, and 0.1%-0.5% in synthetic tack-producing polyester. 

Antioxidant 3114---A kind of phenolic antioxidant, can be widely used for PE, PP, PC, POM, ABS resin and so on.

Antioxidant 168---Application range of 168 synergistically combined with other antioxidants comprises polyolefins and olefin-copolymers such as polyethylene (E.G. HDPE, LLDPE), polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers as well as polycarbonates and polyamides. The blends can also be used in polyesters, styrene homo- and copolymers, adhesives and natural and synthetic tackifier resins, elastomers such as BR, SEBS, SBS and other organic substrates. 168 blends can be used in combination with light stabilizers.
Remark: The amount to be used may be between 0.1%-0.3%.

Antioxidant 1076---Applied in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, as well as in other polymer such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives and other organic substrates.
Remark: The amount to be used may be between 0.05%-0.5%. 

Antioxidant 626---Good synergistic with antioxidant, for example: 1010, 1076. Applied in plastic contact food. It can be widely used for PE, PP, PS, ABS and so on. In addition, it can also be used as light resesant stabilizer. 
Remark: The amount to be used may be between 0.1%-0.2%.

Antioxidant 1135---An excellent antioxidant which can be used in a variety of polymers, for the stabilization of polyurethane flexible slabstock forms. 1135 prevents the foemation of peroxides in the polyol during storage, transport, and further protects against scorching during foaming.
Remark: The amount to be used may be between 0.15%-0.5%.

Antioxidant B215/B225/B561---Used in polyolefins and olefin-copolymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers. The blends can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives and other organic substrates. Also can be used in combination with light stabilizers. B215/B225/B561 provide significant advantages, such as: (1) Maintenance of original melt flow; (2) Low color formation and (3) Long-term thermal stability. 
Remark: The amount to be used may be between 0.05%-0.3%.

Antioxidant 2,4-DTBP---Main materials of phosphate ester antioxidant, and can be used to synthesize antioxidant 168, 626, 618, PEPQ. It is also the intermediate of light stabilizer and high-effective emulsifier.

Antioxidant 2,6-DTBP---Main matrix of phenolic antioxidant, and can be used to synthesize antioxidant 1010, 1076, 3114, 702, 330. It is also a kind of medical intermediate and can be directly as additives for oil products.
